WEZA PRO Terms of Use
WEZA PRO Terms of Use — effective 30/10/2026.
These terms govern the use of the WEZA PRO app and the professional area of https://test.weza.ci (together “WEZA PRO”) by partner venues and event organizers (the “professional”). They supplement the commercial agreement concluded with WEZA SARL. By creating or using a WEZA PRO account, the person acting for the professional declares that they are of legal age, are authorised to bind the professional, and accept these terms and the privacy policy.
1. Purpose
WEZA PRO lets the professional present their venue, publish offers and events in the WEZA app, manage bookings and tickets, check tickets at the entrance, talk with customers, and follow statistics, refunds and payouts.
2. Access and account
- A partner account is opened after review of the application and signature of the agreement with WEZA. An organizer may create an account from the app or the website; it is activated according to the terms of their plan.
- Signing in requires a password and a verification code. The professional keeps their credentials confidential and is responsible for their use.
- The information provided (company name, contact details, address, payout methods) must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Plan and subscription
- The plan (included features, quotas, duration) is agreed between WEZA and the professional under the agreement and paid outside the WEZA PRO app, through our sales team or on the website.
- The app only shows the account status: current plan, included features, expiry date and quotas. It does not allow any purchase.
- When a plan expires without renewal, its features stop; published content may be removed from the WEZA app.
4. Published content
- The professional is solely responsible for their offers, events, ads, photos, menus and descriptions: they must be accurate, lawful and must not infringe third-party rights (copyright, image rights, trademarks).
- Each offer, event and ad is reviewed by WEZA before publication. WEZA may refuse, deactivate or remove non-compliant content, stating the reason.
- The professional grants WEZA the right to display and reproduce this content in the app, on the website and in its communications, for as long as it is published.
5. Bookings, tickets and entrance checks
- The professional honours confirmed bookings and tickets sold under the conditions shown to the customer.
- Tickets are checked with the WEZA PRO scanner during the scheduled opening window; a ticket can only be validated once.
- For each offer and event, the professional states whether it is refundable. This is fixed on tickets already sold.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- The professional handles their customers' refund requests (acceptance or reasoned refusal), makes the refunds owed themselves, then records them in WEZA PRO with the method used.
- If the professional cancels an event or a booking, the customers concerned are notified and refundable items are refunded to them by the professional.
- Only payments received after an order has expired or been cancelled are refunded by WEZA.
7. Payments, commission and payouts
- Customers' online payments are collected by WEZA through its payment provider. Amounts collected on site remain with the professional.
- WEZA pays the professional the sales collected online, less the commission set in the agreement and amounts to be refunded, according to the schedule shown in WEZA PRO, after the service has taken place.
- The professional records their payout methods; each addition or change is confirmed with a verification code. A statement for each payout is available in WEZA PRO.
8. Customer data
- Customer data passed to the professional (name, booking contact details, messages) may only be used to provide the service and manage the relationship with the customer concerned.
- Any commercial reuse, resale, disclosure to third parties or building of a file outside WEZA is prohibited. The professional applies appropriate security measures and complies with Law No. 2013-450 on the protection of personal data.
9. Messaging and conduct
Exchanges with customers must remain courteous and related to the service. Hateful, discriminatory, misleading or abusive content is prohibited. WEZA may review reported conversations and take the necessary action.
10. Suspension and termination
- In the event of a serious breach (fraud, unlawful content, repeated complaints, failure to refund customers), WEZA may suspend the account or remove content, after informing the professional except in an emergency.
- The professional may request the deletion of their account from Account and security, “Delete my account”. The request is reviewed by the WEZA team; it cannot go through while customers have an upcoming ticket or booking, a refund is pending or a payout is owed. The procedure is described at https://test.weza.ci/suppression-compte.
11. Liability
WEZA provides a platform for connecting and managing. The professional is solely responsible for their services, prices, regulatory compliance (hygiene, safety, permits) and tax obligations. WEZA strives to keep the service available without guaranteeing it will never be interrupted.
12. App stores
These terms are concluded between the professional and WEZA SARL, not with Apple or Google, who are not responsible for the app or its content.
13. Changes, governing law and contact
WEZA may change these terms; in the event of a significant change, the professional is informed in WEZA PRO or by e-mail before it takes effect. These terms are governed by Ivorian law; failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Abidjan have jurisdiction. Contact: contact@weza.ci.
